I feel your pain Watchdog. The problem is if you were basing your investment decision on information you saw on an OTC company web site I would think you would have done the DD on the patent information prior to dumping your money into this POS.

If the CEO is crooked then I hope one day he gets his due. Filing a class action suit because you did not research enough prior to making your investment is not realistic. This type of suit will go nowhere fast and just cost you legal fees.

I am also a fool that invested money in this POS. I was coming off another loss and ran into this one. I decided to gamble in hopes that if it went to .04 I could recoup my losses. Well, I also did little DD and am paying the price. I will hold out hope for a miracle because I think that is what it will take to get out of this one.
