Thus far, all the markets will recognize is that MSX has an option to acquire a %50 interest in some mineral claims in Chile.
It is still unclear to the general public as to what these claims actually represent. They may have a great deal to do with all that Barrick has claimed in the past and according to Barrick they do not. Pascua Lama will be mined in 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 whenever we decide it will be.
Until MSX is ligitemately able to announce their joint ownership with JL in the Chilean claims as posted in the JV agreement it is still an option and only an option. It isn't as yet consumated and as such not that interesting to anyone other than us few believers. Not that interesting for an investor to lay his money down and take a chance that it all may be ligit.

Jorge and his case with the Chilean legal system need to come to some sort of close and put the facts of the truth as well Law into an open forum where all can come to a clear understading as to what has and has been transpiring these last few years.

Until this happens we will get more of the same.
