I also believe there is good news in the picture as Barrick did not launch a lawsuit to MSX yet which means they are probably keeping this as quiet as possible in hopes for a couple things

MSX is able to make a deal and go away before this gets big in North America, probably will not happen

Chilean Government changes will allow ABX to swing a deal and overthrow what has already been decided in like a here is a whack of cash through the back door to make sure ABX gets on title and not Jorge

They will drag this out in court so long the next ABX PR on pascua is we will be throwing another $1.5B in to get it going but not until 2016 to buy more time, some creativity has to be coming soon one would think, hopefully Jorge's team in Chile would think the same and eliminate any chance of this happening, just some ideas thats all
