Agreed, i also remember Jorge commenting at the AGM that he will have to have the tosoro claim dead at law, somebody correct me if i am wrong, and also have the pascua lama protocol also struck from the Chilean Mining Registry which i believe is being worked on now as well, the upcoming criminal case v barrick chile that nobody seems to care about
This ceast and disist order from today is just letting silver wheaton on notice that they had better do something about their dealings with barrick from 2009 or they will be dragged in court as well
I also believe that whatever MSX brings to OSC will not make them investigate their friends at barrick no matter how it looks but MSX should continue to send the info to OSC so that MSX will be able to one day drag OSC into court as well for not doing their job
