Pizza is pizza...
One thing about the pizza shop story: If (in relative terms) a small business in an industry that isn't known for adopting nifty tech real early (as opposed to the financial services space) is getting value out of TPMs and Wave... I have no complaints. Yeah sure, I want giant reference customers. Who doesn't? But, after such a slog as this, I'm happy that an early happy customer is out there on the record. And I don't care if they're talking because SKS drives four hours roundtrip every day to eat a couple of the pies... or not.
Bring on some brakes shops and some dry cleaners while we're at it. If it works in the land of those without huge IT staffs and admin budgets, it makes me feel a little bit better about the other end of the spectrum.
But, here's the most important question: Does Papa Gino's make a decent pie or not?
