CEXE .14 one of my favorite holdings. 3 Big whigs running this shell. Chatter is they gonna drop a huge multi million dollar project into it. Read the CEXE board for all the info.

Highlights:

1) Lawsuit settled.
2) I-Drive Live now under construction.
3) Chuck Whittall on record at the DRC meeting stating that the financing is 100% approved.
4) 93% of CEXE held by insiders. All of whom are wealthy.
5) Brett Torino, Paul Kanavos and Robert Sillerman were the MM's of FXRE. Now, they all are the insiders/holders of CEXE.
6) I-Drive Live 95% leased, with Merlin as the operator of the wheel.
7) The only real way for the trio (BPS) to make CEXE really valuable is to move Harman Corner and I-Drive Live (and maybe the Wyndamn I-Shops, which the trio BPS also own) into the CEXE shell. Creating a 1.5 billion dollar lease asset with immediate cash flow from the lessee's.
8) Sillerman, via the 8-K announcements, has floated $23 million into the CEXE shell over the last 24 months. That is a LOT of money to put into a worthless, OTCBB shell unless you intend to pump the valuation dramatically. (By dropping Harmon, I-Drive into CEXE)
9) Shareholder meeting scheduled just hours after the Orange County signage vote on August 7th now extended to September 11.
