You are dreaming, fella. Downs never announced a partner in China. If you did your DD, you would know that a Chinese partner is required before any entry into that nation's commerce.

Just another BS PR issued with the intent of drawing in more unsophisticated investors. It didn't work of course. Most people following this stock are too smart to believe much of anything that guy says anymore.

At best, Downs is an inept bungler who is barely able to operate a penny stock type company. If he ever had anything, he has screwed it up by choosing the road that forks off to perdition. The lies this company uses in its PRs are inexcusable and doom this stock to relative obscurity if they do not land the principles some jail time or serious fines.

Beware of giving any credence to the PRs this company issues.
