I guess since the Board has now realized that the NoLs can NOT be fully utilized, what do they do now?

Do they fully utilized the OL 8.9 billion which is now realized and has until the end of the year or we lose that as well.

What excuse will the BoD use then, Oh I forgot! or I did not realize the OL had to be used by the end of the year or I just don't know what heck I am doing but get a paycheck......
