A123 Systems fka AONEQ

I have an honest question for any hard core DD AONE people here familiar with the IP itself. There are three China firms that I know of that already also make li-ion-iron-phosphate batteries (and electrodes in China (CBAK, ABAT and CSGH), that seem to be just as good as those that AONE is making.

What evidence is there that AONE has anything in the trade secret or IP area that is any better? I am interested in proof, links to hard data, verifiable, verified facts, nothing else.

I will admit, that AONE may have IP priority in the USA versus the three I mentioned, but those three seem to have IP priority issued in China as well, and China seems to be the bigger market for now!!!!

Has any one here, with dual language skills and patent experience examined the issued and applied for patents?
