You may be right. But the past record is interesting. In April there were 558M outstanding shares of ECDC stock. Then by May the number jumped to 644M and stayed there until July. So there was little or no dilution from May to July 2012. Then this month the number jumped a lot to 984M. So in one month the increase was fairly substantial. With such a large increase I think he will either stop dilution or slow down a lot the way he did from May to July. The best way to find out is to ask him. Kayode may not answer the question but it does not hurt to ask. In any case, he cannot dilute indefinitely. To be sure dilution is a regular feature for most penny stocks so I can understand a certain amount. The company is in fairly good fiscal condition--for a penny stock that is. I think the worst of the dilution may be over. To go from 644M to 984M in 30 days is a big jump–that is over a 50% increase. I think Kayode is either done or mostly done with dilution. I wish someone who communicates with him would ask him that question. Good luck.
