I beg to differ. It would take zero effort on their part... all they would need to do is wake up one day and do just that. This is a pink sheet stock. It can be taken private with very little effort and virtually no cost. This isn't like a NASDAQ stock where the SEC has guidelines, share buy back requirements, etc.

Or the other option is to do just what they are doing.... ignore filing Financials and get delisted!
