As you research further I you will realized BBGN&K (privately held by Kay), owns all the real technology ECDC sells. Therefore no matter what happens with ECDC, Kay keeps the things that are of any value as a separate entity, hence the low market cap of ECDC, (it owns nothing). Kay did something similar with Planetlink (now gone after bilking shareholders).
