SEBASS... partly agree, but with foreign players,

you've got lots of politics, red tape, currency complications, culture issues, etc. Actually takes longer to develop trusting and legitimate business relationship with foreign countries.

Telecom is not in vogue as much as stem cell, energy and RFID stocks. So, you need lots of good news to move s/p. Margins are slim in telecom. One blockbuster energy invention or stem cell breakthrough and you're off to the races.
