ENY - first of all, stop following me around. Secondly, as you yourself posted, ENY says they have plenty of cash set aside in case they ever do have to pay that judgement. That may or may not ever happen. However, the company has the cash if it does need to pay at some point down the road. In the meantime, ENY is making more and more money every quarter... check the filings. They have no debt, plenty of cash, a solid balance sheet, and have been increasing production of oil and gas. Oil and gas prices are not going to dropping very substantially any time soon, so the strong revenues should continue. Just wait until next Wednesday when ENY reports.
