Another Fraud in JPM bank
I have Chase checking account which is not so active. Chase let someone to charge into my account and withdraw the payment to At&t startiing from Feb tbis year. Chase only wants to return partial of my loss, Chase can only return my loss tracing back 60 days form my report of fraud. I called Att and Chase both, Att gave me a case number, there is no email address I can communicate with, cause I am not Att customer. I live in Los Angeles, Ca, Att's charge from Chase statement is Web ID 9864031005, It looks like a phone number in east cost. Att told me they need 5 days to investigate, I gsve Att my home, cell phone number and my email address. I haven't received anything from Att. Any suggestion? TIA
