Everyone here needs to demand that:
Any and all news is posted properly on their web site. That is free.
That any and all news is posted by a 3rd party wire to brokers. IE: Ameritrade, E-trade, etc.
The they allow the shareholders to have the last say with votes.
Kay has 100% say in anything that happens. I one man show.
That Kay's salary, bonus, and stock is reduced to 250k a year.
750 k a year is crazy.
They have to dilute shares now to keep on paying everyone, there is no way they can buy back shares.
Unless the few we have as shareholders demand the above, we are going to lose.
