Will ECDC do a Buy Back?

I know why you are still here even though you got out. You are scared what if this thing just go crazy suddenly and head past .02. will you have lost. I know the feeling. Most here are going through the same even as they say they hate the stock and say nasty thing about Kay. In the back of their mind they cant help thinking, what if the Social media business is real? what if studentconnect takes off, what if the SAP thing turns out to be true.

What if it becomes the next Facebook. Yeah, the fear is real. Smart people just buy more shares.

Here an excerpt "food for thought" email from Kay yesterday:

"We are significantly underestimated and it is an advantage to be underestimated, smart money will be acquiring shares today. Who say when revenue rolls in we cant go to the SEC and file to buy back our shares and drive PPS. Everyone talks about Reverse, that is an option for businesses with no growth. Buy back is an option for business with potential exponential growth."

"The first step any serious company in our situation will do once its operation is fully running to reverse the trend will be to hire a major research firm to analyze the business and write a research report to guide the market on true valuation and PPS for the business. Then consider other strategies to reduce number of shares outstanding without R/S. Right now we need the shares to build the business. some call it dilution, I say we are investing in the future. But make no mistake about it, we are not asleep.

If you read the financial carefully, you will notice operation losses are dropping and EarthSearch and Rogue Paper are getting closer to profitability each quarter. Most of the losses are non operational off book losses, from discounted shares write offs etc. these are cost of building the business. Imagine this, a 4 division technology company with only $3.2ml in debt?

Do you know how quickly after all operations are running; we can begin to pay dividends?. We have run a very tight almost debt free operation (using equity). I need shareholders to understand what I am doing, we will be a solid organization and debt free at the end of 2013.

I am sure most people did not know FB has all those billions of shares because it was private and it issued them to raise money. It did not make money in the first 7-10 years. Relax my friend there is a focus and strategy being executed here"
