Yeah 16k in chump change. Most likely it's a long trying his best to keep the share price from tanking into sub penny land. If there were "insider" info being spewed out there'd be a huge sum of shares being snatched up by several buyer rather than some chump change being thrown out to prevent an impending catatrophe.
I love the "somebody must know something" days, it's exciting isn't it ?
