"Don" - Thanks for trying to explain it to him but - seriously - just never mind because he is obviously just going to believe whatever he wants to believe. Furthermore - as I said - I really just couldn't care any LESS what he believes or doesn't believe because the 500,000 additional shares of ECDC stock are already sitting in my Scottrade A/C so that is all that matters to me.
