Yes, I am a little puzzled how she claimed to never receive any of my prior emails or voice mail messages but she did make 2 attempts to contact me back this week and on the second try we were able to speak for quite awhile. I think she understands the importance of clarifying the 100M share buy back for her investors with an updated PR. As far as the 50M shares which you cleverly noted in your DD, she was intentionally evasive in my opinion but this may be due to limited info she is allowed to talk about. From what I was able to gather, HBRM sold them "at a premium" (her words) to an individual or group meaning insider in my opinion. Perhaps no documentation is needed if the person(s) is not a 10% owner or above? She dilution was necessary for working capital as they had no money to move forward with these other ventures. I like the fact that she is working towards uplisting to the BB as a short term goal.
