GYST, did 400 for 1 Huge R/S at $0.0027, and its S/O went to 490k, but now the S/O going to 210 Million Shares:

2 insiders issued themselves 75 million shares each, and the company issued and selling 70 million new shares (also the insiders).

Total S/O: 210 Million, fast from 490k shares.
