You are more then welcomed to call her also and verify my information. As I stated, I was pleasantly surprised that she called me at 7:00 am this morning west coast time and talked to me for an hour. There are areas that need to be clarified for investors and she said she was taking notes and will respond at some point to do this. She was also very enthusiastic about doing a CC after their next filing which I think would be good for investors as well. She said one of her goals was to move up to the next level from here to BB which can only help with investor confidence as well in the company. I hope she follows through with what she told me and by the way for those interested - the 50M shares were sold at premium according to the Dr so that mean an insider got a deal well below the PPS is what I interpreted from her statement. She would not elaborate and said that nothing in the financial report required any details on this transaction. I am skeptical of this for sure.
