That's exactly what it is. Some retail bought it at .0002, wanted flip for 50% in 15 minutes, didn't happen so they sold out even. Then the herd follows. ALL in ALL a total of 40 millions - which is NOTHING for a .0002 stock. I said to have patience in BCAP cause I knew that was gonna happen cause it happens in every pennystock. lol
