I have personally been involved in numerous real estate
deals and while not an expert, do consider my knowledge
adequate enough to be able to interpret the quotes and
press releases put out by CGAQ & Company.

Other than from CEO Swank, I have never heard of an
offer to buy been called a sales agreement.

(except from Mr. Swank & Co. during the Hipodromo
V. Centenario racetrack deal)

By the way comments like " El Caribe es mi hogar,
y mi hogar es su hogar" has no place in the press release.
