When I stated that this is a done deal - it is that part of the process was completed. We complied with the requirements to officially notify the seller that we were seriously interested in possibly purchasing the property. I assume that the selling agent identified the various elements associated with the terms of the sale when CGAQ signed the intent to buy agreement.
Any body ever having experience buying real property knows the many steps necessary to consummate a deal.
I think it would be a great help if we could get real and accept the data as it becomes available. As the hard facts become public it will become more clear exactly where we stand on this project. Based on what I read on this board, it is apparent that the seller is anxious to sell. That can only help our cause. PB
