Why would the Chilean Court System just say Hey lets have a court case,
Of course it was Jorge who initiated these court procedings

He has a battle with barrick for his claim, MSX is in a JV with Jorge, when Jorge's victory comes true, the deal shall be signed, MSX will have raised LOTS of money to take Barrick Canada to court in Canada I would guess
