1) The voting structure has to be changed so the share holders have the last say on mayor decisions. Other wise large investor will not buy this company.
2) Kay must step down. When a person does a Google search on his name, the fact that he is losing his home is all over the web. People are not going to buy into a company that the CEO is losing his home on. What does that say about his ability to run a company?
Please help me get this point across to this man before we all lose our investment because of him.
