Why would someone call OTC Markets to check for an SEC filing?

Please, tell me, when did SaviCorp state they sent anything to OTC Markets?

Seems like the missleading is being done by you looking in the wrong place and then telling us that they said you were being misslead, you were not looking in the right place.

SaviCorp never said OTC Markets as far as I can tell.

Again, why would you call OTC Markets to check for an SEC filing?
