I'm in the same boat unfortunately, I missed the conference call due to being on vacation and thus was going to grill him hard on his pay structure, which I feel is absurd given the current PPS and revenue stream. His comments on the outstanding shares are ridiculous as well (an uneducated sounding response). He stipulated being 4 companies that it is not a lot…... Wrong again!!! It’s huge, not sure why he thinks otherwise. Very unintelligent answer by a CEO! Look around at numerous company startups, and compensations aren’t anywhere near his. Quite frankly ludicrous and criminal… yup criminal!
Kay, if you want to make a great name for yourself and a legacy for your family name as one of the better CEO’s out there, then (not sure how to write this) but perhaps a share buyback or simply stop diluting this fricken stock may help. Start with your 750k salary! at .0015 that's 500 mil. It's a good start.
