I believe abx's position on pascua is the same as before, thinking perhaps in the future they can aquire the land that they have lied against to date.
I would also hope that MSX has the proper documentation for public viewing (Hopefully Sooner Then Later) that they put out news from Chilean Court, (Jorge's Victories) so that the market will then DEMAND questions answered by abx
Just think of the feathers that could be ruffled if MSX does this correctly, still waiting for the 1st damaging PR from MSX and thought it may have come today, I guessed wrong and dont know anything anyways but just thought Monday may be the best day of the week to start a storm, one after another, abx scrambles eyes wide open mouth to the floor
