Nobody is trying to be sarcastic (or at least I'm not), but I don't think the total tonnage (going back to last year) is as easy to measure as you seem to think it is. The rivers have risen, fallen, and risen again since then. You are probably right however, that what ever the figure is, it will be an estimate.
