Well Bull, you are entitled to your opinion but the postings in a room never form my opinion although there are at times very good factual postings which can help with your DD as I am sure you know. The majority of them are not worth reading. I was focused on the buy out and the fact a larger profitable company was looking at acquiring a small shell company to help increase their presence in the U.S. market place. In hind sight, it is my opinion that HBRM was never sincere in their position about selling to CHRI. They drama hyped up the PR on it though only to deliver viagra vodka and you see what has happened since that announcement. Realizing their free fall they attempted to right the ship by announcing a 100M share buy back while simultaneously diluting the SS behind their investors backs just to pay the bills I am guessing. Then of course you have the paid promoters and who paid them to be here? The company? a 3rd party? Have insiders been dumping? Did the dumb Dr dump as well? Then the fraud and mystery gets even deeper with the missing 50M shares as pointed out very well by Malc.
