Maybe you didn't get my point... there is NOTHING wrong with what Evan did providing a loan to the company. Heck this thing would have been shut down by now if not!

The problem is that it occurred YEARS ago and investors were not made aware of it till just this past fall! What will prevent them from doing it again!
