Actually you really came to the same conclusion that I did, Hink. As long as they don't drag their feet between reviews and approvals, the TR's would seem to be a quicker path.
I know the Amendment process would include another public notice and objection process for CGFI to go through.
I would need to check the Hard Rock mining Rules about the TR process. If CGFI can avoid that, the Technical Revision would be the way to go.
