Well, I disagree with you. The chart shows the PPS reaction to every piece of information and it's showing a need for a major pullback. Although the chart is not a flawless trading tool, it is a tool none-the-less, and quite possibly the best we have to make predictions. Remember, it's impossible to predict the future but you will never make money telling people that, "it's impossible to predict the future," unless you are writing a book.
