I think you are clutching at straws and you're incorrect. However, let's just say you are correct. Subtract 100 pounds(and THAT'S being super generous IMO) for the "box".

That still leaves 400 pounds of equipment/device to be lifted into the air. 400 X 15.9 = 6,360 Cu Ft of helium needed.

That's less helium needed, yes. But not much less. How will they carry that much helium around? Will the Humvee trailer a tanker behind it?
