GS interest in the club is another red flag for investors who wish to be long here. GS is the king of shorting. they know how to buy cheap. the truth is banks have stopped lending money to the glazers, Singapore and I think Hong Kong stock exchanges have turned down the glazers for ipo. they cant buy new talanted players... every game that manu misses in the Uefa champions league because of elimination is a loss in the tens of millions of dollars. they lost $100,000,000 last year because they didnt play and win the final. in the meantime, salaries have to be paid...
