'The company needs to be held accountable for their actions and deception in my opinion.

Unfortunately the great majority of scammers in this type of market do make a few millions then disappear till you find them running another scam. 'Accountability' is exceptional in there.

I personally did witness a scam ending with an exec in jail (for a month or so only) and the shares to become almost without any value till shareholders decided to go to court and get a significant favourable decision from the job.

There is now potential for some type of recovery by the shareholders.
