Here is a letter sent to the Right Honorable Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada and to the Ontario Securities Commission and I believe the intent here was to put them both on notice,

So should there be any folks here or there disputing Jorge's title, do you think this letter would have been sent? I also believe names have been changed in the actual letter sent then from this link
