That Great Jorge, too bad it will probably take another $1M CAD to put ABX on the stand in Canada as our laws in this fine country are the exact opposite in Chile therefore, I see no reason that MSX will have to take ABX into Canadian Court which will drag on forever, Peter Munk will have died already, MSX wins the case hands down, however, the court procedings still cost MSX about $1M CAD for lawyer fees ect..... and about 5 more years of ABX appeals
