MSX is about to put to rest many of the rumors out there when the facts are public what will they say then.

JL knows exactly where he stands or he would not be on this board stating what he has. ABX has plenty to answer for to their shareholders clearly the Chilean courts have already spoken.
At this time in my mind things are more just a matter of process as the decisions have been made.
