Now you are just exposing yourself as not having your facts right. The unions made out pretty good on GM's BK filing - it was the investors that got screwed. The unions ended up with their jobs & something like a 10-20% ownership (not exactly sure on the %) in the new restructured GM and the old investors got cleaned out.
