FUNGMEISTER, In BOTH of those cases
the BK was to obliterate the unions.
(GM and AMR)
That was ALL they were about.
And management with the help of the
"justice" system was able to squash
those pesky workers. And top brass
took home massive bloated bonuses
and paychecks for themselves.

A better way to have done it was to find
leadership that, itself, was willing to
suffer with union cutbacks. But no!
For just about give-back the unions
offered.. management just wanted
to stuff its own bloated pockets with
that money.
