Or it could be a SAW TOOTH FRACTAL that becomes Infinitely smaller on the RH side of the Graph. This could be confirmed by viewing the LH side of the Graph back to 2008. If the saw teeth look like they used to be Mountains > Hills > Wheel Chocks > Saw teeth.

Its technically a Sawtooth Fractal.
