It says they "proceeded with the installation of our DynoValve® on some 250 vehicles", not they they are proceed"ING". Proceed"ED" indicates that it is done.

If they are not done, perhaps they should correct that when they audit the financials. If first hand knowledge says it is not done, then they should use proceeding, not proceeded.

I did not add extra words to their statement.
