BINGO! This chill topic you bring up has been talked about here before. By me. Most of the companies under a chill have no idea why they were chilled. It is as if someone very high up in Washington set out to intentionally mess up a chunk of American business. This is something that has been going on across the board in the country for awhile. This insane overreach has accelerated dramatically the last 3.5 years.
The government cannot take the risk out of everything. It cannot take failure out of the system. It cannot make sure everyone is a "winner".
These small cap markets are the breeding ground for failure and success. The thousands of companies that play on that ground have been chilled FOR NO REASON at all. That is a fact. And there is no way for a company to remove the chill. There is no set process to get rid of it. Maybe if there was someone associated with the company that had big Washington connections on board this chill issue might get resolved. Wouldn't that be interesting? Maybe that question bears repeating:)
The bottom line regarding the chill topic is that anyone that says they know exactly why EDWY was chilled is being less than candid.
