GCCP has been hit really hard but I don't know why they would even think about an RS. The OS is only around 99 million.

They have solid revenue numbers and even had a net profit for Q2. The stock is also on the Reg Sho list as of 9/19.

The only theory I can think of is that some of the people that were issued shares in leiu of cash want out and are dumping shares. Those shares are already factored into the OS. There is no dilution going on either.
