Ok, I can't find any history other than what's on their website & wikipedia.

And nothing that explains the cause/effect of them rising to Exchange-level PPS.

Eg, what I'm reading says it was IPO.

But if you've got more details/example on say the relationship -- eg, they were trading at $.xx on the pinks, and the pure announcement that they were going to NASDAQ caused the shares to rise to $ y.yy -- then please share. It's good DD if that occurred.

But, if they reverse split to get to the PPS of $ y.yy, or some other event (aka, like an IPO bringing in monies) occurred, then the comparison is different.
