Capt Ed,

If the prosecutors are putting the convicted felon on the stand to prove a case against them, would that not be a case of putting an innocent man on the stand and proving them guilty? Hence the saying innocent until proven guilty. Just asking for my curiosity.

Getting back to the case at hand, would the Fischers or Jays side be able to draw credibility out of a witness that had been convicted of murder...or maybe rape...or burglary? Just seems to me that this witness's credibility would be discredited immediately? Just my opinion. Nothing more.

I am not close to the case and cannot state whether or not Jay is worried or not. What would he have to be worried about? You state that Jay's team has not received the entire discovery...would this not be withholding evidence.

It is my personal opinion that the emeralds belong to Jay and that the Fischers are greedy. It is also my opinion that you are not as close to the case as you lead to be but are rather disgruntled over this whole situation. May I ask why if this is the case?

Also, we should not have to wait until the trial to find out the witnesses. The list of witnesses needs to be turned in long before the trial so big sides can prepare for examination. I am not wondering about the other witnesses. I only wonder what it is that you may have to offer legitimately to this case if anything.

All my opinion and curiousity.

Just my opinion
