I am not close to the case and cannot state whether or not Jay is worried or not. What would he have to be worried about? You state that Jay's team has not received the entire discovery...would this not be withholding evidence.

It is my personal opinion that the emeralds belong to Jay and that the Fischers are greedy. It is also my opinion that you are not as close to the case as you lead to be but are rather disgruntled over this whole situation. May I ask why if this is the case?

Why worry or entertain Capted or Capt Billy or the Count? Heck they could all be the same person.

Anyone who over the past six months says "I have some secret and it doesn't look too good for Jay" has no credibility. Basically they lend nothing to the discussion. What does it matter? The claim may have way more of a footprint, and this only scratches the surface. Scott expects a multi-million dollar payday, aka 5.21%. The Fishers keep their good name, and come out of this saying, "We received poor information and explored our options anyway". Jay gets ORRV to assist him again. ORRV just turns out to be legit and has an OMEX moment.

Don't bother responding to any assumptions here. They likely cannot support any claim made. Heck we don't know anything ourselves except what Jay's lawyer and ORRV have stated. This triple zero stock can jump for many reasons. But the best will be when 30 million suddenly becomes 100 million, and when the future turns out to be much more than anyone of us anticipated.

In the next two decades, treasure hunters expect to find all of the world's underwater treasures and many will be recovered. That means that the rest of ORRV's story may just come to fruition. What is our downside? Not much money.

We should all hope for a positive outcome, and some news along the way.

Quote: "we should not have to wait until the trial to find out the witnesses."

I was unaware the prosecution and defense lawyers were required to divulge their evidence and/or witness lists to the general public (or even an interested stock holder) before the trial commences. Only to each other prior to the proceedings so that there are no "surprises". Perhaps Florida is different... I would like to know.

Lets all remind ourselves, this is IHUB! This is a penny stock! Dont believe half of what u read on here or half of the people. I agree with u, i find it hard to believe that Capted(?) has any inside info on this case. Yes he knows some legal terminology and such, but let b real.

Here let me try: I received an email from a friend the other day who is involved with the case. (Sorry,, i cant post the email until news is out, but it is real) He said the Fishers r going to drop the case, do to insufficient evidence and we will all b rich.

All it takes is a little terminology and good typing skills. lol
